Oi received the Rio de Janeiro Procon quality certificate for the excellent work in customer service.

The criteria for the certificate are based on reducing complaints and having better solution rates to customer problems, besides reducing the response time for consumer requests on the consumer.gov.br platform and the Brazilian Consumer Protection Information System (SINDEC).
