Mateus Affonso Bandeira

Chief Executive Officer (Statutory Officer)

Born on 07/06/1969, he holds a degree in Computer Science from the Catholic University of Pelotas, with specialization in Corporate Finance and Management from FGV and the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. He has an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and completed the Owner/President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Vibra Energia since September 2019, Intelbras since March 2022, Marcopolo since March 2022, and V.tal – Neutral Telecommunications Network S.A. since January 2023. From 2011 to 2017, he served as Partner-President and CEO of FALCONI – Result Consultants. He was a member of the Boards of Directors of Banco Pan (2011 to 2018), PDG Realty (2012 to 2016), Terra Santa Agro (2016 to 2018), and Hospital Moinhos de Vento (since 2017). He served on the Deliberative Council of Fundação Estudar from 2012 to 2017. Additionally, he was the President of Banrisul and Director of IR (2010 to 2011) and a member of the Board of Directors (2008 to 2011), Director/Subsecretary of the Treasury of RS (2007 to 2008), Secretary of Planning and Management of RS (2008 to 2010). He also worked in the Federal Senate (2006), the Ministry of Finance (2004 to 2006), and the Finance Secretariat of RS (1993 to 1999). Mr. Mateus is involved in the boards of directors of four publicly traded companies, including Oi. On 01/18/2024, he was elected to assume the position of CEO of Oi starting from February 1, 2024.

Cristiane Barretto Sales

Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer (Statutory Officer)

Cristiane is a professional with 32 years of experience in finance, 30 of which in publicly traded companies with extensive experience in the Telecommunications sector, which began shortly after the privatization of Telebrás. Graduated in Business Administration, she has an Executive MBA in Spain and training by the IBGC in the Board of Directors course. Prior to occupying the chair of CFO at Oi as of September 2021, she held the position of Executive Director of Planning and Financial Management at Claro Brazil. Prior to that, Cristiane held the positions of Board Member and CFO at Contax. She also worked for 15 years in the Telefônica/Vivo group until 2015, where she started as Financial Director of Tele Leste Celular Participações for operations in Bahia and Sergipe after the IPO of Telebrás, and subsequently held, as Vivo Brazil, several executive positions in the Finance area, including CFO. Cristiane started her career at Arthur Andersen, where she worked for 10 years, reaching the position of Senior Audit Manager. In his experience, she was responsible for the areas of Planning and Budgeting, Treasury, Investor Relations, Accounting, Mergers and Acquisitions, Auditing, among other specific projects related to business profitability, cost efficiency and operational turn around. She has served as a member of the Audit Committee at companies in the Telefônica group and since 2018 has been a member of the Board of EY Entrepeneurial Winning Women, dedicated to mentoring women entrepreneurs.

Rogerio has over 25 years of experience in the telecom industry, being responsible for various areas such as marketing, innovation and startups, sales, operations, corporate finance, M&A, strategy and technology. He has worked in Brazil and abroad, acting as a consultant and executive in companies such as Promon, Value Partners and TIM. Rogério is an electrical engineer graduated from Escola Politécnica de São Paulo, with a postgraduate degree in business administration from FGV-SP.

Marcos Aurélio Freire Mendes

Marcos Mendes has a degree from PUC-MG in Accounting Sciences and Business Administration, a postgraduate degree in Strategic Management of Human Resources and an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral. With deep experience in people management and organizational performance, with great performance in the development, implementation and management of structuring in human resources projects, the executive has great experience and relevant participation in change management processes, interlocution and complex negotiations with various stakeholders. A consolidated career in leadership positions in strategic people management, with experience in the railway, port and logistics sectors, Marcos Mendes started his career at Oi in October 2000, having served as Regional HR Manager, Corporate HR Manager, Director of Labor Relations and since February 2020 he has held the position of Director of People and Management.

Daniel has more than 23 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, in Brazil and abroad, having worked at Claro, Motorola and TIM. Daniel served as Chief of Purchasing & Supply Chain Officer and Director of Wholesale and Strategic Partnerships. He has extensive experience in leading complex negotiation processes, as well as in the areas of Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, Logistics Operations, Energy and Equity. Electrical engineer graduated from the Federal University of Itajubá, Hermeto has a specialization in business administration from FGV-SP, an International Executive MBA from FIA and executive education courses from George Washington University, Cambridge Judge Business School, London Business School and Kellogg School of Management.
