Rodrigo Modesto de Abreu
Chief Executive Officer (Statutory Officer)
Born in April 1969, Mr. Abreu had served as the Chief Executive Officer of Quod - Gestora de Inteligência de Crédito S.A., a financial database management company incorporated by the five largest Brazilian banks, since July 2017. He also served as a Managing Partner at Giau Consultoria Empresarial Ltda., a business management consulting company; member of the Board of Directors of Vogel Soluções em Telecomunicações e Informática S.A., a fiber optic telecommunications operator; and Chief Executive Officer of TIM Participações S.A. (a publicly held company where he was also a member of the Board of Directors) and TIM Celular S.A., telecommunications operators. He was also Corporate VP and President of Cisco Systems do Brasil, an IT company, Managing Director of Cisco Systems for Northern Latin America and the Caribbean, President of Nortel Networks do Brasil, a telecommunications equipment company, and Chief Executive Officer of Promon Tecnologia Ltda., a technology services company, having started his career at the Promon Group. Mr. Abreu graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) in 1991 and holds an MBA in General Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2000.
Cristiane Barretto Sales
Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer (Statutory Officer)
Ms. Cristiane has over 30 years of financial experience in large national and multinational public and private companies, and extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Cristiane held the position of Executive Officer of Planning and Financial Management at Claro Brasil. Previously, Cristiane held the positions of member of the Board of Directors and CFO at Liq (former Contax), where she coordinated the beginning of the company’s financial restructuring process, having also worked for 15 years in the Telefonica/Vivo Group, where she started as Financial Officer at Tele Leste Celular Participações for the Bahia and Sergipe operations, and subsequently held, at Vivo Brasil, positions of Budget and Management Control System Officer, Executive Vice President of Finance, Planning and Control, Executive Officer of Controllership, Executive Officer of Strategy and Investor Relations Officer and Vice President of Customer Management, Strategy and Quality. Cristiane started her career at Arthur Andersen, where she worked for 10 years and held the position of Senior Audit Manager. She holds a degree in Business Administration from University of Salvador, and holds MBAs with an emphasis in telecommunications from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and from IESE Business School at the University of Navarra, in Spain
Antonio Reinaldo Rabelo Filho
Chief Legal Officer (Statutory Officer)
Mr. Antonio Reinaldo Rabelo Filho holds a law degree from the Federal University of Bahia, a graduate degree in Business Law from IBMEC/RJ and a master’s degree in Tax Law from Pontífica Universidade Católica in São Paulo. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Brasil, which he left for Grupo Oi in 2000. At Grupo Oi, he held financial and legal positions, most recently in the Tax Law Directorate from 2007 to 2017. During this period, he held leadership positions on the board of the main technical associations in the telecommunications sector, in which he is internationally recognized. Mr. Rabelo Filho also is a member of the National and State Commissions of Tax Law and Judicial Recovery and Bankruptcy of the Brazilian Bar Association. Since 2017, he has been a partner at his firm, and played, among other roles, an important role in the Oi Group’s judicial reorganization process, from the commencement of the negotiation with a diverse group of Brazilian and international creditors of Grupo Oi and structuring of the Judicial Reorganization Plan approved by the creditors at the Creditors’ General Meeting, through today, during which period all the steps of such Judicial Reorganization Plan have been implemented in Brazil, the United States, The Netherlands and Portugal, and during which period he was also the foreign representative of Oi’s Judicial Reorganization in the Courts of New York and the United Kingdom.

José Cláudio Moreira Gonçalves
Operations and Technology Officer (Statutory Officer)
José Claudio Gonçalves holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanic Production Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica, Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), an MBA in Logistics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Rio de Janeiro (FGV-RJ), an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC) and a Post- Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. He built his career in the Telecommunications market and is an expert in the operation, maintenance and technological development of Oi’s networks. He joined Oi in March 2000, having served as Operations Manager, Operations Officer, Network Implementation Officer and Engineering Officer. In June 2011, he was appointed Chief Operations Officer (Vice Presidency of Operations), a position he held to the date of his election as member of the Statutory Board of Officers.
Strategy and Transformation Director
Rogerio has over 20 years of experience in the telecom industry, being responsible for several areas such as marketing, innovation, startups, sales, operations, corporate finance, M&A, strategy and technology. He worked in Brazil and abroad, having worked as a consultant and executive in companies such as Promon, Value Partners and TIM. Rogerio is an electrical engineer graduated from Escola Politécnica de São Paulo, with a postgraduate degree in business administration at FGV-SP.
Carlos Eduardo Monteiro de Morais Medeiros
Regulation and Institutional Affairs Officer
Carlos Eduardo Medeiros has been Oi’s Regulation and Institutional Affairs Officer since June 2013. For the last 14 years, he worked as the LTE Project Officer and Sales Manager and Officer in several of Oi’s regional offices (in the North, Northeast and Midwest of Brazil), always in the Sales area. He was responsible for coordinating and leading projects in major events in which Oi participated as the IT&T service provider, such as Rio+20 (Jun/12), the 5th Military World Games (Jul/11) and FIFA’s Preliminary Draw (Jul/11). Mr. Medeiros holds a degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of Pernambuco (UPE) and an Executive MBA from the Business School of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Coppead/UFRJ).
Pedro Luiz Arakawa
Director of Wholesale and Franchising
Pedro Arakawa has been developing the telecommunications sector with great pride and enthusiasm for 22 years, he believes that through his work and all colleagues in the industry “he connects the people they love, brings education, information and entertainment to the entire population”. In April / 20 he returned to Oi in the position of Wholesale Director, with his team and the support of the entire organization, his mission is to develop the business unit and transform it into the future InfraCo. In addition to Oi, he worked at Telefônica / Vivo, Claro and Nextel, where he worked as CMO, CSO, CCO and CRO. He has a degree in Systems Analysis and a postgraduate degree in Marketing.
Oi Communication Advisor and President of Oi Futuro
Suzana Santos joined Oi as Institutional Corporate Communications Manager in 2006 and has been Oi’s Corporate Communications Officer since 2011. Previously, she worked at Máquina da Notícia, a communications agency, and several media vehicles such as Gazeta Mercantil, Invest News, O Estado de São Paulo and Jornal do Commercio. She holds a degree in social communications from FACHA, an MBA in executive management from COPPEAD/UFRJ and an Executive MBA in marketing from IBMEC.
Director of Compliance
Executive with over 15 years of professional experience in risk practices, controls, auditing and compliance, working in the financial and non-financial industry. Specialist in GRC practices - governance, risk and compliance. Experience in implementing risk management processes, compliance programs and the GRC model. Renata was a Managing Partner at KPMG in Brazil, in the Risk Management, Audit and Compliance area where she worked until 2018. Renata holds an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and a post-MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
Marcos Aurélio Freire Mendes
People and Management Officer
Marcos Mendes has a degree from PUC-MG in Accounting Sciences and Business Administration, a postgraduate degree in Strategic Management of Human Resources and an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral. With deep experience in people management and organizational performance, with great performance in the development, implementation and management of structuring in human resources projects, the executive has great experience and relevant participation in change management processes, interlocution and complex negotiations with various stakeholders. A consolidated career in leadership positions in strategic people management, with experience in the railway, port and logistics sectors, Marcos Mendes started his career at Oi in October 2000, having served as Regional HR Manager, Corporate HR Manager, Director of Labor Relations and since February 2020 he has held the position of Director of People and Management.
Luiz Umberto Modenese
Graduated in Economics from Universidade São Judas Tadeu, has an MBA in Telecommunications Services from Universidade Federal Fluminense. He began his career in Internal Audit in 1988 at the company Aga, now named Linde, where he remained until November 1993. From December 1993 to July 1997, he worked at the Louis Dreyfus Group, coordinating the Internal Audit area. In November 1997, he joined the Bunge Group, as an Auditor, where he remained until December 1999. In January 2000, he joined the company BCP Telecomunicações, currently Claro, as an Audit Manager with the mission of assisting in structuring the internal audit activity, remaining until March 2002. In that same month he joined the Telemar Group, occupying the position of Audit Manager until August 2006. In that same month, he assumed the position of Audit Officer at Cielo, until February 2019. In April 2020 he assumed the position of Oi's Audit Officer. From 2006 to 2008. He performed unpaid activities as Treasurer and Vice President of IIA Brasil (The Institute of Internal Auditors) - He is a certified CCSA auditor (Certification in Control Self-Assessment) since 2010 and CRMA (Certification in Risk Management Assurance) - since 2013.
Daniel Junqueira Pinto Hermeto
Business Suport Officer
Daniel has more than 23 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, in Brazil and abroad, having worked at Claro, Motorola and TIM. Daniel served as Chief of Purchasing & Supply Chain Officer and Director of Wholesale and Strategic Partnerships. He has extensive experience in leading complex negotiation processes, as well as in the areas of Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, Logistics Operations, Energy and Equity. Electrical engineer graduated from the Federal University of Itajubá, Hermeto has a specialization in business administration from FGV-SP, an International Executive MBA from FIA and executive education courses from George Washington University, Cambridge Judge Business School, London Business School and Kellogg School of Management.
Adriano Araújo Paiva
Ombudsman and VIP Service
Adriano Araújo Paiva is a professional with 21 years of dedication to the telecommunications sector, especially in call center operations. He has a degree in Commercial Management, a COPC (Customer Operations Performance Center) certification and a postgraduate degree in Production Engineering. He went through companies like LIQ, Terra, Hapvida and Nextel. In the latter, totally focused on customer experience. He arrived at OI in July 2020, where he remains dedicated to the work of valuing customer satisfaction, one of the company's strategic pillars.
