EMPLOYEES

Oi offers its employees a series of benefits in line with the good practices of the market. See them below:

  • Meal/food voucher – Employees have the option to divide the value of the monthly voucher into meal (50%) and food (50%).
  • Life insurance – Full compensation in cases of natural and accidental death, and permanent disability of the employee. Partial compensation in cases of death of the employee’s spouse or children.
  • Transportation voucher – The company provides transportation vouchers for employees to commute from home to work and from work to home.
  • Oi Colaborador (Oi Employee) Plan – Upon admission, every new employee receives the Oi Colaborador kit, which includes a mobile phone and an Oi SIM card, activated within 72 hours after the kit is delivered. It includes 10 GB of the Internet to surf twice as much and unlimited minutes of phone calls to any operator in Brazil.
  • Medical Assistance – Oi offers a complete healthcare plan to meet the employees’ needs, which includes coverage as provided for in law and other ANS Regulations.
  • Dental Care – Extensive to legal dependents (children up to 21 years old or 24 years old for university students).
  • Medication Aid – After admission, the pharmacy card will be sent by mail to employees’ homes.
