Shareholder‘s Meetings

Meeting of the company‘s shareholders requested and installed according to the company‘s by-laws, with the objective to decide issues regarding the company‘s businesses and according to its best interest. It is the maximum organ in a stock company, empowered to make decisions regarding all of its businesses, as it is determined by articles 121 to 122 of Law 6,404, of December 15th 1976 (the “Brazilian Corporate Law”).
