Dividends related to the results of 2013, the last year when dividends were distributed, were paid in 2013 itself.

Should the Company decide to make new payments to shareholders, a Notice to Shareholders will be disclosed and shall be filed on the websites of the CVM and the BM&FBovespa, as well as on the Company’s Investor Relations website.
