Oi maintains the following service channels:

I. Telephone: +55 (21) 3131-2918, available on business days between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (Brasília time).

II. Conventional mail: investors should send correspondence to the Investor Relations Officer at the following address: Rua Humberto de Campos, 425 - 8º andar. Leblon - Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil - 22430-190.

III. Electronic means: through the standardized electronic form (Talk to IR, available at conteudo_en.asp?idioma=1&tipo=43759&conta=44 ) or by e-mail (invest@oi.net.br).

Through these channels, we receive questions regarding Oi‘s performance and results, questions for the Executive Board and suggestions or recommendations for inclusion in Shareholders‘ Meetings, among other matters related to investment decision in the Company.

The Investor Relations area is responsible for receiving, registering, analyzing, and responding to questions, suggestions, complaints, criticisms, accusations and compliments from analysts or investors concerning Oi‘s performance, results, strategy and any other Company information of interest to the capital market, as well as complying with the requirements of the CVM‘s Citizens‘ Assistance Service (SAC) in accordance with the terms and provisions of article 10 of CVM Instruction 529 of November 1, 2012.

The Investor Relations area will contact other areas of the Company in order to obtain support and clarifications, in order to take the necessary steps to resolve the request, ensuring that the response is delivered in time and is aligned with the Investor Relations Officer.

The Investor Relations area will respond within 5 business days. In the case of more complex issues requiring more detailed analysis, the Investor Relations area will inform the investor of the expected response time, which may not exceed 15 calendar days as of the investor‘s request date.

The analysis of requests will respect the chronological order of their reception. Please note that, for the purpose of determining response times, requests received after 6:00 p.m. on a given day will be considered as received on the subsequent day.

All requests will be responded in a precise and comprehensive manner, except if their object is the responsibility of another institution that is not part of Oi‘s economic group. If that‘s the case, the Investor Relations area will inform the investor of this fact and, whenever possible, indicate which institution could provide the necessary clarification.
